Your car and dates are reserved after you verify your ID, sign, and Stripe confirms your deposit. Only the named renter may drive. The $300 deposit is held for 21 business days after return for tickets and tolls. A return after 5 p.m. incurs $50, plus $50 per additional day. Smoking, an unauthorized driver, failure to return, or tampering with the vehicle device may result in forfeiture of the deposit, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law. Pickup details are confirmed before you drive.
